Youth Group

The Saint Pius X Children of the King Youth Group was started by Father Raymond Surinam in the late 1980s as a means for teens to pray and share their Faith.

Today, Father Ray’s legacy among the adolescent community is continued by volunteer leader and mental health therapist Christopher Mancini.

Every week, the group engages in weekly prayer; conversation; and fellowship, with talks revolving around topics that are relevant to teenagers today.

The group helps to foster participants’ love for the Catholic Faith and knowledge of how to live out the Faith in an anti-religious (and especially anti-Catholic) world. Most importantly, the group gives rise to good; fun; and holy friendships among the young men and women who attend.

The group meets on Thursday evenings in the Church Hall from 7:00PM – 8:30PM, and is open to those who are high school age (9th Grade – 12th Grade).

We hope that you will join us!
